We built a system that tracks every surge coin from the moment it appears on our radar — and follows its price for 7 full days. We tracked all coins that surged 10%+ within 24 hours, recording price changes at 1H, 4H, 1D, 3D, and 7D checkpoints.
Out of 4,342 surge coins, only 24.6% remained in positive territory after 7 days. The other 75.4% gave back their gains — and then some.
Performance by Surge Band

The pattern is monotonic — the bigger the pump, the harder the fall. Coins that doubled in price lost an average of 26.3% within a week.

Tracking 26,758 RSI overbought signals on 15-minute candles, we found that the longer you wait, the higher the probability of decline.
